
During the 5th European Association for the Philosophy of Sport (EAPS) Conference, held at KU Leuven in Belgium from March 30th to April 1st, 2023, a new president and new Executive Committee team were elected. This joint conference of EAPS and the British Philosophy of Sport Association (BPSA) was brilliantly organized and hosted by Prof. Mike McNamee and Dr. Marcus Campos.
The election for EAPS leadership saw Prof. Matija Mato Škerbić from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, emerge as the new president from among three candidates: Dr. Maria Luísa Ávila da Costa from Portugal and Bernard Andrieu from France.
